apart from the Ms, it had the best showroom appeal,
maybe i was too excited, never liked estate cars......

Hey Keith has your battery draining problem got fixed yet? May be you can ask to have a test in this link performed for your car.

this will be my next car and body kit, unless ACS5 comes up with some thing good, which I doubt it

Thanks for the link matey!
I think the battery drain problem was caused by the multiple reasons, CD charger, telephone, alarm...etc
BMW should fix this for FREE since it is clearly a bug in their system.

Technically, my car hasnt been "fixed", but it "stops" draining. So which means is the alarm that draining the battery.
and the car wash guy at the car park told me the car went crazy the night before the battery drainned

We might go through step 2 right now if your battery stop draining to find out which part or parts from Alarm system out of order.
