I'd suggest you remove any after market mods (that connects to any wires of your car and it's not BMW OE) and see if this will avoid draining your battery.

All my mods are on exterior only, no engine mod or whatsoever,
The only performance mod was the K&N filter and SB, i will take it off to see whats what.

I have called BMW already and book in around 6pm
but unfortunately i cant get reach of Nilson, which i will try again later.

get an amp meter, remove electrical related mod 1 by 1 and measure the current drain from the battery while ignition is off.
