Valid if you the specific part was serviced by BMW (parts + labour), nothing to do with 2 years factory warranty.
Send the car to their service centre may dig out the root cause for battery drain too. Inspection fee seem inevitable in this scenario. But our cars are somewhat a electric controlled car, I think BMW would have proper equipment to pin point the cause.

I have DD and I believe DD is less sporty than those eibach "ha so". The beauty of DD to me is that you can get the benifit of both worlds, comfort when driving slow and a bit sporty when you hit the pedal. So I think this fits 5er quite well. for hardcore racing fans, DD might not be hard enough, also, I think DD is quite heavy compared to ha so.

ET, i think our DD system is abit dated compared with those LCI (Maybe we can test drive "Small tomato's 530i" next time)

i believe BMW re-worked the DD on LCI and active sterring on post 05> car

kieth car went back to BMW service centre for a full check up and they can not find which part is draining the battery.

I am uncertain if any after market electric parts (hard wired radar detector or a high powered audio system) have been install on Keith's car, I was referring to the original installed equipment.
