Guys, finally got the chrome grille this afternoon, and I will try to install it on Sunday. And because of gf366, the parts shop quote me the xenon retrofit for $1000 less, so it is now $10500. I am waiting for Singfai's quote as well. They do parts and installation. Let's see how much it will cost. Hope I can have it before our next meet!!!

Hi Guys
Sorry I was out of town yesterday. I picked up my grill on tuesday but it's still sitting in the trunk. Unfortunately, I can't make it this Sunday. Hopefully you're successful in putting it in and show us some instructional pics....hehe.
Haha
I wish
I looked inside the hood and the grill seems to be completely protected by a piece of metal from the top. I can't see a way to reach those clips without taking out that metal.
Someone on the main board had posted a photo with pointers to which screws to undo b4 the metal part can be taken out. But I can't find that post still
Actually the metal/plastic strip is quite easy to remove, no need to unscrew anything. If you want this a DIY job, maybe I can help you since mic is going to install it Sunday and I can't make it on that day.
