if they are the same why would they design it.
why dont you ask vw marketing department? my guess its that there are customer who want a more sporty look, just like you guys. mechanically though, they are more or less the same.

Nah, not for me as well, I've seen this before I bought my M5 wheel. But now I am happy with mine especially I have the paddle shift.

mechanically they are the same but diffrent class.
btw they use the Scirocco for the 24h N?rburgring and not golf.
so yes the Scirocco is much sporty
