Hi E60 Bro...
I have used my 530i for 2 weeks, the average power consumption is about 20L/KM.
Is it too much or reasonable for an usage of 70% city and 30% highway on a stock 530i?
If is is too much...do you guys have any suggestion to reduces it???
My driving style is quite gentle already.
Thanks ^o^

1. change the spark plugs
2. use 1 bottle of engines cleaner of stp
3. pump the tire pressure to 38
4. change air filter
5. take off the front flaps in the grill
6. use v power ( I get more mpg from this than normal petrol)
7. take out ant $hit that you dont need in the boot.
8. only fill up half a tank.
9. change engine oil and filter.
10. clean the Throttle Housing Assy( I have clean this at AK and it dose help)
http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts.do?mo...hg=13&fg=15
ask AK to check 1,4,9 and 10
I know that you got it from a friend but most of the time they just change the oil in engine and not the filter and spark plugs.

Bros, please help. I found them, but they look the same to me, which one is better? or better yet, which one you would recommend me to buy?
FYI I bought a 2nd hand M5 steering wheel airbag already.

IQ21 I will let you know what I used to polish the trims on the door.
But I would like to say it will not be 100% like new.
Need to polish a few time

mine is 16.5L/100KM, the reading might not be accurate cos it just shoots up when we are parking or waiting at traffic lights.
change it to mpg then you will get the average.
