yes it is hard for you because you dont have the idrive that tells you the mpg in our e60 it will say how much mpg we do.

do get mpg reading from the car instrument cluster (not talking about the analogue meter under the rev counter).

actually, you are spot on. Either I go hiking with friends of similar speed, or I just go my own just so I dont have to wait.

I have been going to a Heath Clinic and been taking some supplements and it is working and start to keep my body fit.
I have loast 3lbs in 1 month

its not cheap its about 9300 a year and there will be a checkup every months to see it your boby is getting better.
I will be planing to take these for the rest of mu life even when my body is fixed and fit.
