Guys,

Visited the guy office at Fo Tan today, a very nice guy. As his company only do export, so he doesn't have his own shop. He showed me lots of M3 carbon parts but too bad, all of them could only fit E92, so he will need more time to make adjustments so it will fit E90.

Anyway, I inspected the parts, quality is very good in comparison to the TopMix ones I have seen. Best of all, his factory has the capablity to produce the part in full dry carbon, but the cost will be about 70% more. For the entire CSL trunk for example, it will around HK$7000.00. Still very very cheap for a full dry carbon trunk!!

He also showed me a copied Gruppe M intake for 3 series (KC, good for 10 extra horse power as the owner drives a 323 as well and he dyno'ed the car after the intake at Top Racing and confirmed a 10hp gain). Quality and finishing is top from what I seen. He also showed me a M3 style side mirror in CF that would fit standard 3 series and M3, I will consider after I got everything installed.

Anyway, I ordered the front lip, CSL trunk and rear diffuser all in dry carbon. He seems very interested my E90 M3 so he can do fittings and offer to his overseas clients. And looks like he is willing to offer some good pricings. If you guys want anything, please put together a list, I can ask him if he got parts for it.

I will keep you guys posted.

Cheers,
Mike

Like ricky said, it must be the heavy driver of my car making all the difference.
I am a good example... just been told by the doctor I need to lose 25kg

Went down to AK place tonite for the rear lights swap, the squeaking were much less than a week ago. LUCKILY

I had the brake vibration when the drilled rotor n greenstuff fitted aswell (Only in hard braking tho), it lasts about few thousand kms and its gone now.
I thought the discs were warpped but luckily its all fine now!

Perhaps due to the new discs and pads fitted and hope this problem will be gone soon as the time pass
It is so good to hear this The function of this forum serves its purpose thanks to brother keith84_uk

thx mike for the info.

am interested in an e90 hood/bonnet, preferably in oem form. dry carbon probably will be an overkill for my 323 but if I had an m3, this will definitely be something that I would consider (you will save ~5kg).
