Hi, just wanna post some pics of my latest mod done today!

Before:

After:

The sports steering is thicker and smaller in diameter than the standard steering, which is what I like.

Unfortunately, the paddleshift will not work on the LCI, and I have yet to find a solution on this yet. So the paddleshift is just there useless for now... sigh!

And here's a pic of my bimmer and merc:

Cheers!
congrats on the mod man! how do you like E60 compared to the C class?

There's no way the kompressor can compare to the IL6!

My wife drives the C most of the time, and I drive the bimmer, and we do swap once in a while.

One thing good about the C, the steering is super light, and parking is a real breeze!

Good Steering Wheel Mod.
Hard to compare in different class. C Class should compare with E90.

Nice car mate

You can retrofit the paddle shift by getting the kit from Fred (my530i), or the other member but i forgot his name.
You can simply do a search and i am sure you can find tons of info

What car accessories you planning to get in HK?

Hi Keith84, I have done an extensive search in this forum, and have also contacted Fred. I have also checked with a few reputable workshops here in Singapore. The final confirmation I have is that there is no aftermarket solution to make the paddleshift works in a LCI! Sad but it's true. The paddleshift will only work on a LCI if it is a factory fitted option.

Well, I'm not giving up on this yet, just putting it aside until I can find a way out of this. I believe it's a matter of time someone will come out with a aftermarket solution. So when the time comes, my paddeshift steering is ready for it! Ha ha! (Ah Q Spirit!)

I'm not really looking for any accessories in particular. But since HK is a shopping heaven, why not check out some car accessories since I'm there!

Haha thanks Keith, that's definately less than your salary I believe.
I got the trunk finisher from AK, was there to get the spoiler and trunk finisher installed today. then he mentioned about the taillights..... we did it with the OEM cable, so there's strobing at ignition, but I am fine with that.
