Doing this bullshit on public roads, especially weaving in and out of other cars, is beyond stupid. No valid excuse when you simply can buy a helmet, plunk down $150, and go as fast as you want on the track. Especially this time a year, when there's track days every weekend, and a lot during the week. Only thing I can think of, guys like this are scared of going to the track, and getting waxed by a $5,000 Miata. But hey.. If you can't corner, you can always go to the drag strip.
