I had ACC on my 545 but the M Tech kit that I ordered had the solid cover. I had to buy the cover with the openning for the ACC sensor and it was about $35. Later I found out that the ACC still works even if it's covered cause it uses radio waves.

Its not the entire grill, its only the snap in plate that fits a 3*4 inch space on both sides of the grill.
When I ordered my nightvision and my car came to port to have the Aero Bumper installed in June 06, they hadn't seen nightvision before and the plate with the hole in it for the drivers side wasn't available in the US. Until Germany shipped one. It held my car up for a while.
