The winter here really has been crappy. I didn't expect it to be this bad, but Im happy as hell I'm only here for one year. Sure do hope you stay in the e60 fam, but I guess you gotta do what you gotta do. Maybe X5... or even the X5M . Good luck homie.

Sharp looking car. Thinking about X5 next? If you are concerned about snow you could always get a xi 5series.

I would go to a dealership and see what they offer you as a trade, negotiate to the highest price possible then add the tax saving, this should be your bottom. On dealer auction s/a Manheim your car can bring low $20ks due to 50k+ miles. Modded, it may bring more on the street.

Have you considered snow tires? I've lived in WI and MN my entire life and have had no problem getting around with snow tires. I currently have the Michelin Pilot Alpin's but have heard great things about Blizzaks too. It's just a shame to get rid of such a nice car with so many mods. It's gonna be next to impossible to find a buyer that will pay what those mods are worth. Without looking at KBB I would guess that it's worth around $23-24k or so.

I second the recommendation about looking at snow tires. I had just put them on my 07 530i with the sport package and had no problems during the snow storms in the Washington D.C. area. I even had no problems running around in the 3-4 inch snowy roads last weekend in Blacksburg, VA.

I would venture to guess that your car is worth 22-23k plus or minus depending on how the buyer values the mods.

your e60 looks pimp man!

but if you choose to sell, for dealer trade in its better to part out.
last time i was at the dealer lot, 07 530s are goin for mid to high 20s.
