I finally had the highgloss installed on my car today. The A Pillar by the mirror I did not do simply because I would need an entire new mirror assembly and I didn't see the need to spend all of that money. I did however change the B & C pillars. This was a very tedious job to do. All of the door panels had to be removed and the chrome trim that was on the lower part of the windows, which is extremely fragile, also had to be removed. It took the tech about 6 hours to complete : 1) Because he did not want to damage a co-workers car and 2) Because it was very tedious. In fact, there was an airbag default that had to be reprogramed, so I do not recommending trying to do this on your main, especially since you have to disconnect the airbag cables. My car has rear shades which also made this a little harder to complete. I must say that their is a HUGE difference between the no gloss and high gloss, take a look for yourself and comments are much appreciated!

P.S....There are 5 coats of Zaino on it already!

Well, since I do work for a dealership I did save alot of money. My cost for all the parts was about $180.00 and another $180.00 for the labor. I paid for 2.5 hours of labor at a discounted rate naturally. It did take him about 5 to 6 hours to install so it would be expensive for someone to install. The parts are about $300-$350 normally. So it would be close to $800 complete. It's not something I would attempt because you need ALOT of patience, the right tools, and in case something go wrong i.e. airbag default comes up, it is easier to fix.

I think since they have to take Doors out completely, that probably triggered airbags?

Nice! That's how the car should've looked from the begining.. I have full high gloss shadowline, it looks much better than the matte trim.

Thats correct. You have to disconnect the wires that run the airbag inorder to remove the door panel and when we started the car back up, there was a problem with one of the airbags and a fault code had to be cleared.
