high rate of battery discharged

My Ride: Gone Waiting
HI ,
i had the high rate of battery discharged before , but it was due to the ACM power then i switch the wire and tap power from idrive and it was ok . Now since 3 days (after long time) i am having high rate of battery discharged and i did not install anything in the car , what do you think it could be ?
Do you guys think it is the battery its time for a change.
or do you think it is due to cold.

Hi there..
From what I've read, our batteries are supposed to last 3-5 years. Some lucky ones have had ones that last longer, but I've notice that this is about normal. If you're lucky enough to be under warranty, you may be able to press the issue with your SA or BMWNA and get it replaced on their coin but other than that, it may be time to replace. There is an indicator on the battery top that will tell you whether or not it is time to change it as well. (Either shows black, yellow, or green circle depending on battery state.) Hope this helps!

you could also try getting a trickle charger

+1 especially if you are a low-mile driver or have electronics added to your car that drain the battery when the car is not being operated.

I can't believe you guys are believing this stuff about low miles. Cars that are operating properly don't drain batteries that quickly.
