HID lamp malfunction

Hey guys. New member here. Great site. I just bought a 05' 525i. I bought it with hid's installed in the heads and fogs. They look cool but reads lamp malfunction. Any ideas. I am sure someone has had this problem. How can I fix it? Thanx Rob.
