Does anyone know if fixing the TSB on "oil condition sensors" does
indeed cure the hesitation problem from a standing start?

I thought the hesitation in my ride was "fixed". Tonight, while driving a wee bit hard, it's ba-ack! wtf? I pressed the accelerator hard. Maybe it's because my wife's been driving it and she takes it very easy all the time.
I don't like it at all. My Honda 2001 Odyssey responds better. I guess the C student engineers worked on the trans. Can it be "fixed" permanently?
