Nothing a little time and $$$ can't cure. The injured pride takes a little longer to heal. Good luck with the repair.

update
My car is going to the shop tomorrow morning. I was told that it would be 2-3 days
The price is only $548.80... so cheap...makes me really nervous
The body shop I am going to is the one that does most work for the dealerships and PD in the area.
Oh well, just have to pray that they'll do a good job with the Mystic blue

WOW... that is cheap... I had someone put a small dent in my driver side door on my M3 and it was $2130...

My first night alone without my baby
one more night to go.
The one thing I hated today was every person who found out about the car said "hope they match the color...it is a hard color to match..." just what I needed to hear

Matching is not as difficult as it was years ago. Today's paints and blending techniques if done by a decent shop should be make the repair undetectable to even you. I have Silver Grey and had damage in the rear and to this day I try to find signs of the repaint and I still cannot, and silver is know to be the most difficult to match. You should be fine.

over it
Well, x my mystic blue had similar scratch. But my was only on the front bumber. The price was $375 with credit card and $350 with cash. Of course I chose the latter.
And i am telling you, when I got back my car, I thought i was driving a new car. Not only this guy fixed it perfect (actually same shop fixed my E39 so i knew his good quality of work) but he also gave her a nice bath!
So dont be nerveous. They dont have to buy new part or anything. Just paint!
Best of luck Miss525i..hope everything goes 1000x times better than your good expectation!
That is all i have to say about my scratch on my last e60.
