yeah 525d is diesel version of your,s! that is same se bumper that i have, the carbon one fits over it or repaces it not 100% sure!

I just got off the phone with BMW Parts Department part # 51190412951 is the one that goes right over your stock bumper!!

Can they get it for you? I thought it was discontinued. That's a good piece. Not many people on the forum have it and I haven't seen it in person.
