I currently have sport comfort seats w/ memory in my 2008 E61 535xi and am going to install the same exact seats but with the heating function from different E60. I assume there won't be too much to add in terms of wiring besides the activation switches in the center console and obviously the connector to the seat for heating.

Curious if anyone has done this before or has any tips for the wiring/coding outside of diving into the wiring diagrams, which I plan to do.

 

Solved. VERY easy. Just need the switches with the heated seat button. That's it. No wiring, no coding. It is strange that my wagon originally came with sport comfort seats but no heat function
