Help Strange Noise

Hi Guys,
I was driving my car last night when suddenly I heard this huge noise from my front wheel.
Its like a metal to metal rubbing sound, when the car is moving, not when braking....
Anyone know what happen? Brake disc? Pads ? calipers?

I have this problem while reversing after parking the car.
BMW couldn't figure it out. They asked me to come again next week.
I already get used to it.
Have to come back again and again.
