Hi Guys
can anyone shed any light on my problem
I bought a BMW 520d 2009 business edition 2 week ago when i got there the car engine was warm which i dont really like !
anyway drove it started it a few times drives fines sounds sweet as a nut only done 62k with full BMSH
when i come to it next morn its starts like a bag of shi#e!!!
it was 0 degrees put the key in ignition went to start it and the car turned over for about 40 50 sec then started
didnt sound lumpy no smoke and drove fine
after it started its on the money all day long
i took it to the garage and put it on the snap on diag machine it came up with 4th heater plug down
changed all the heaters on the car
tried it next morning -2 degree same problem
only thing is i have never seen the heater plug light come on at all on the dash tried it at -4 still not seen the light
no errors on the snap on machine so im at a bit of a loss
it seems like the diesel is running back over a period of time and as you crank the engine its trying then tryin tryin tryin then starts!
with it being a 59 plate i think its out of warrenty as i bought it private sale apart from the starting problem the car is mint !
I dont think its the heater plug relay but could change it but even when the car is up at 5degrees its the same problem

can anyone shed any light on this situation ???
