Default HELP PLEASE! Idrive won't turn on

So to start everything I have a bad passanger strut mount in the back, so the struts go through. Today was driving and I hit a pothole and my idrive completely shut off. I'm not sure if the sturt hit some wire and disconnected something. Each time I hit a bump with my passengers side it turns off or completely off. What do you guys think? Any advice will help!

To begin with there is a ton of wiring and fuses and that's where the battery lives -- just behind the rear passenger side wheel. Accessible from inside the trunk, remove the molded carpeted panel on the right side of the trunk.

I've checked everything and everything looks connected.

Default Update

I took everything apart and took the unit out and going out in had a nickel and penny in there. Took them out, disconnected everything reconnected everything and haven't had a problem. My guess was maybe a loose wire or the coins.
