HELP PLEASE! Idrive won't turn on

Default HELP PLEASE! Idrive won't turn on

So to start everything I have a bad passanger strut mount in the back, so the struts go through. Today was driving and I hit a pothole and my idrive completely shut off. I'm not sure if the sturt hit some wire and disconnected something. Each time I hit a bump with my passengers side it turns off or completely off. What do you guys think? Any advice will help!

To begin with there is a ton of wiring and fuses and that's where the battery lives -- just behind the rear passenger side wheel. Accessible from inside the trunk, remove the molded carpeted panel on the right side of the trunk.

Default Update

I took everything apart and took the unit out and going out in had a nickel and penny in there. Took them out, disconnected everything reconnected everything and haven't had a problem. My guess was maybe a loose wire or the coins.
