Default HELP! Noise from rear end sounds like a squeaky bed

Hello, (SEE VIDEO LINK BELOW)

I have been dealing with a crazy noise which sounds like a squeaky bed from 6-15MPH. I have paid two different shops to look and they can't find where the noise is coming from. They have checked the brakes, the tire, wheel bearing etc. and cannot find it. One shop said it might be the CV boot rubbing together and applied silicone lube, still makes noise.. This is my last hope, if not ill have to bring it into the dealer to just look at it for $200 an hour.

It happens during rotation of the wheel, and not going over bumps as you can see by the video.

Note: noise cannot be heard unless car has load which makes it all the worse! Its an '06 530i

Any thoughts would be appreciated!!

That is strange. It almost sounds like something rubbing on the dust shield. Have you tried to raise the car on jack stands, take another jack and place on the inner lower arm so that you can raise wheel and sill rotate it? This might let you see what is rubbing and simulate the weight on the rear.

Thanks for the input! I have done that with the lower arm, and nothing. I also don't think it can be the dust shield because it only does it when the car is moving down the road and when I jack it up no noise comes from the brakes or anything. I'm going to try and put my stock run flats on and see if its the wheels. My dad thinks it might be the Cv boot rubbing too, but I don't know why it wouldn't make the noise when jacked up either, seems like the same pressure would be there?

I had cling cling metal sound on my 06 530Xi. I don't think it sound like yours. Finally figured out that it was from cheap Autozone's brake pads with flimsy metal brackets that didn't hold the pads tightly in place. Replaced them with Akebono (thicker pads brackets and pretty tough to snap them onto the brake cylinder piston) and the noise went away. It might not the problem, but you can check to see if your pads are tightly in place.
