Guys, need your help

My right side low beam bulb, after turning it on, lights for about a minute and cuts off. What can be the problem? Battery and alternator good. I even reseated the bulb but this still happens. Is the bulb going or is it the igniter?

Please help

BTW it's a 2004 E60.

 

I recommend contacting member brabusw209amg (aka John) - he's our go-to guy for anything lights

 

it's HOPEFULLY ur bulb. Try swapping the left and right bulb and see if the problem switches. Cross ur finger and hope it's the bulb or else u'll need to buy an OEM ballast which will cost u an arm and a leg.

It might be that your bulb is going out. Read something about your bulb can shut off to prevent something because you bulb life is ending or something. It might be a different car though Heh ( think is was like Lexus or something)

 

didn't try switching bulbs yet..............i really hope it's the bulb

 

you may want to switch both sides and let us know an update, it could be a bulb or ballast
