HELP: Need Radiator Installation DIY (Or Other Guidance)

welp the dealer just informed me that my radiator is leaking and needs to be replaced. of course i declined to have them do it and so i need a DIY (or applicable instructions) to see if i am willing to tackle it or not. thanks in advance.

after reading the instructions, it doesn't seem too difficult.
i am pricing radiators right now. most are in the $400 range. ugh.
i thought someone one here said they got one for ~$110.

i contacted autopartswarehouse and they directed me to the second one but the first one (i found) is much cheaper though.
