I recently noticed this leak appearing on the floor of my garage. The clear liquid initially beads up into several drops, not seeping into the floor for hours. When it does, the "puddle" seems to spread out and linger for quite some time. It appears to come from the front of my car and it looks larger than it really is, sometimes I park further into the garage if I'm using the motorcycle. I've attached a few pictures of the leak in the various stages I just described. Any idea as to what it could be?

those drops look like water on top of oil stains.

+1. Is it possible that it's just condensation from the AC dripping ontop of old oil stains? That would account for the odd beading effect you're seeing since oil repels water.

I think that might be what it is! I only started using this garage at the beginning of the year (I moved) and I'm fairly certain I don't have an oil leak. That would explain why I never see the beading droplets when I park elsewhere. Thanks for the help guys.
