One additional option you should consider is Comfort Access.
It seems that most on the board hate the idea of the new push-button start as it requires 2 steps without CA. Many days, while fishing for my key in pockets, briefcase etc., I wish CA was available for my '05. I am planning to order it next time!

Oh, boy - it's fun to spend someone else's money for the holidays!
If you live in a colder climate, I would recommend the Cold Weather Package. I've never had a heated steering wheel before, but it's one of the nicest feaures ever. And don't forget to add rear seat heating if you have kids to shuttle around.
I also second the nomination of Premium Sound. It rocks!
And how about HUD to go with NAV?

If you're getting Nav then HUD would be a great addition for only $1K
