Thanks for that, I was surprised when I got that email from TRS but I guess that will serve me right next time not to try to go cheap. I had read reviews that those bulbs worked on our cars but I will start to look at new bulbs.......... OSRAM xenarc CBI

By the way, John from motorcepts have bulbs D1s and was wondering if anyone has had any experience with his bulbs, I am also looking at GP Thunders or LED for the angel eyes so this way when I take off the headlights, its one shot

Thanks for everything

I had the exact same issue as you. I also bought the Morimoto three fives from trs. All they did was flicker. I just ate the cost, & ordered genuine 5000k osram sylvania CBI bulbs from amazon. Put them in, & I'm good to go. Maybe stick with oem brand. Cost me $70 to find out.

Appreciate the feedback and the honesty, I am already in the process of purchasing OSRAM CBIs and note to self i will not go cheap on these ....... i will def have to eat the 70 and go for the real deal.

While I am always looking to find cheaper solutions, I will not cheap out on head light bulbs, tires, and brakes.
