The only place you will be able to find those parts separately are in a junk yard. The parts you are looking for comes as one piece with either the coolant line or the underfloor coating.

Did spark plug replacement \, everything went well, and during final touch while mounting the coolant line back somehow the part fell down, nowhere to be found even after removing the underfloor panels.
For the underfloor coating plastic not sure how complicated it is to remove it in case I find a replacement, maybe can try by adding some plastic epoxy.

It's easy to remove the under carriage. Just a few screws and it drops down

Sleeve insert it appears the only option is from used part or junkyard, unless there is separate part number from another BMW model in parts system ( I could not locate one yet).

The skid plate plastic insert (expanding nut) part number is 07146976114, ordered one and replaced at the same time when replacing the skid plate 5 mounting bolts with nuts.
