I'd think warped rotors would only effect the car while braking? Mine vibrate only when braking leading me to suspect the rotors, his vibrate at high speed tho.

The wheels and tires on your car now are they new ? if so check to see if you are missing a wheel hub ring, cause i got new rims on my car and was missing the rim hub on them causing the steering wheel to shake at 50 to 60 mph.

If this happens at only 60-70 mph and it's intermittent. I would put my $ on the wheels/tires. Of course it could be other issues but chances are that due to the above the troubleshooting is a narrow path. Shame on the dealer for not being able to figure this out.

They originally thought tires. The tires were replaced. They have also swapped out wheels with another xi they have. Same results.

warped rotors will do this. It is the same as an unbalanced wheel or a slightly bent/misaligned wheel.
