Pardon my ignorance, I don't even know if such a procedure is possible.

However, lately my 2004 545i has been making a creeking/flexing noise when I speed up from a dead stop or when I go over a speed bump at low speeds. I seem to think that this may be caused by the frame flexing when I accelerate/break or it bends as I go over a bump.

Is there a service from my dealer that could alleviate this issue? I was hoping they would just have to apply some sort of oil to the car's chassis or frame.

I have this too.... How can I fix this? Silicon along the door seals? Vasoline?

Most irritating in such as a quiet car!

I have this too and it's definitely coming from underneath the car - sounds like the under carriage. I plan to see the dealership this week. Will post my findings.

Use the most common Vaseline can fit it.

I guess with vaseline you can fit anything. Don't forget to check the blinker fluid

I assume that if my car is out of warranty, I would have to pay for this, correct? Thanks.

I just added a treatment lube meant for car seals. Sold by Shell and carries a Shell's name. It's like a deodorant stick. Includes NO silicone and no creaking since!
Cost: 5€

I don't know how you got a hold of that bulletin but thank you. I'll try and see what my dealer recommends and the charge for this. Or I'll just try Anzafin's idea

It's weird how us BMW drivers still try and be thrifty
