Help diagnosing an issue. Do I need to lubricate my car's frame?

Pardon my ignorance, I don't even know if such a procedure is possible.
However, lately my 2004 545i has been making a creeking/flexing noise when I speed up from a dead stop or when I go over a speed bump at low speeds. I seem to think that this may be caused by the frame flexing when I accelerate/break or it bends as I go over a bump.
Is there a service from my dealer that could alleviate this issue? I was hoping they would just have to apply some sort of oil to the car's chassis or frame.

I just added a treatment lube meant for car seals. Sold by Shell and carries a Shell's name. It's like a deodorant stick. Includes NO silicone and no creaking since!
