The car uses a huge battery. Make sure you jump it for at least 5-10 minutes. If it's not turning over at all, it could be the starter. If you have manual tranny, you can push start.

Ok will let it charge alittle then re-try, my car sat alone all nite at a store. But imm thinkn it might be starter. Last try then calln a tow 2 take 2 a shop..

lol... the 1 time I let her use my car is the day it breaks down , this sucks. Well will see what the shop tells me, hopefully nothing major, which I dont think it should be.. Car was running perfect, No Uncommon noises heard, No warning messages in Idrive. Anyway Keep you guys updated when I find out what the problem was..

I had the same problem with my 2004 530I. I tried jump starting the car and it still wouldn't start. I towed the car to the dealership. They told me it was the crankshaft and camshaft sensor. They charged me $760. What a rip off.

Well I got another update tech says my starter is bad 7 which drained my battery causing my sleep mode not to activate i guess. So repairs will cost $750 labor included.. My warranty should cover..
