Hey guys, on a trip from Orlando last night, my bass in the car just cut out entirely. Yes, I do have an amp and subs in the trunk. However, I've checked that entirely and even removed it. But there is still a shortage of bass coming from the underseats. All speakers around the car work fine.

Any ideas on troubleshooting? Any particular fuses I should check? I didn't see one specifically for the subwoofers.

are you sure you just aren't used to a huge amount of bass compared to the stock speakers lol?

Pretty sure haha. The subs are relatively new. I separated the aftermarket amp/subs and played the same CD that I've had in the player for over a year now (#lazy). When I play my "f*ck sh*t up" music, there is an absolute lack of bass that used to be there before.

Either someone went into the back of your stereo and didn't seat the X plug correctly back It's a plug inside a plug so its unlikely, OR because you said your setup is new they probably tapped into the amp in the back for line-levels and did not seat that correctly. OR it could be a fuse to the amp. Your little mini under the seat "subs" work from the amp. If you just installed an ipod cable that would also be the issue. I'll explain further after you confirm because i'm sick of typing
