You mean, how to do it?
You need to have a warning sound active, then you can set the volume.
So, switch off/mute the radio, open the trunk, or one door, or don't buckle up, and drive slowly in your driveway or on a SAFE road (w/0 traffic ) and adjust the volume.

My Ride: 520d LCI, old engine, manual, black dakota, platingrau II, standard (242?) rims.
I can also adjust PDC volume and seat belt reminder volume
My car: 520d LCI, standard audio, no nav.
adjusting volume works with audio muted, both with the dial and the buttons on the steering wheel. Volume range is limited, goes from a level that I call normal to what I consider very loud.
