Help: about inflation pressure for michelin ps2

after long time waiting, eventually my Michelin PS2 245/40/ZR18 93Y arrived a couple of days ago, but according to the data given by the car manual, it should be front 2.1 and rear 2.5 for 93Y, and 2.3 front 2.8 rear for 245/40/R18 93W, is it correct?
a little bit unbelievable, why should the inflation pressure for a 93Y tyre lower than a 93W?
PLS help me brothers, how big inflation pressure should I give my Michelin PS2?

Interestingly this is different from the 2004 manual I downloaded. For the same tyres it states: 2.0 front, 2.2 rear???
