I need your help how can i check my car date of production i got second used car and when i was in BMW shop it was saying car production at 2004 but car was first time registered in 2005 and he told me it's 2005 car.. I am really now confused can you give me some web sites where i can check my car date production by Chassi plzz need you help

I don't know what country you're in but in the USA, your production month and year are stamped on a decal on the driver's door jamb (B-pillar). I don't know for sure but I assume that they do this for other countries as well...

(BTW, here's a quick tip or two about posting on the boards. First, if you put your location in your profile, we'll be able to see where you are and be able to answer country specific questions much easier. Second, when posting a question like this one, using a generic subject like "Help" will cause many members to not even bother reading it. You're always better off typing something more meaninful in the subject so our various "experts" can chime in and offer answers to questions that might deal with a subject they are knowledgeable about.)

AFAIK they only do this for USA cars.

For HK you will find out only on the tax disk and registered docs.
it done not matter when it was made.
it is when its on the road that matters.
some car are made 6 months ago and still not on the road.
