Thumbs down

Hello

We need help or advice! We need to get a booster seat, isofix seat and infant maxi cosi car seat into the back of the 530D but we're having no luck due to the seats in the back. We have 5 1/2, 3 and new baby

Has anyone managed this or could recommend seats that will fit in

Thanks

Joycelets

I think the Sunshine Kids Radian is about the narrowest isofix seat you can buy.

Not to discourage you or anything, but I think you are trying to get the wrong solutions.
As much fun to drive, these cars are NOT meant to replace the mini vans.
With three kids, you definitely be better off driving a minivan rather trying to fit three car seat in a 5er.
Just my opinion.

We bought our car to do exactly what you are doing and it works fine. Our kids our 5, 3, and 19 days and it works fine.

You might need to carefully select the childseats you use. Here in the 'States, some of them (especially for infants) are huge but smaller alternatives are available. If you have huge seats you'll run out of room, but take the car to the baby seat store, make friends with the manager, and just keep carrying different seats out to your car until you get a combination that works.

Minivans are stupid. I'd much rather the safety of a 5er for my family. Just my opinion.

Have 3 kids, 8, 5 and 11 months. The 11 month old sits in the middle on a Kiddy Infinity pro and the other two have recaro young style car seats. Due to the shape of the rear car seat I put two fleece blankets under the outer two seats to protect the leather and take out the shape of the car seat base to provide a level base for the car seats. None of these are isofix seats and if I were to use one it would have to go in the front with the air bag turned off. We used the car seat that came with the travel system until he was 9 months old then the kiddy infinity pro which gets good reviews and I think as safe as an isofix seat...http://www.baby2k.com/sBP.cfm?brand=...Deluxe&stage=2

Interesting problem! Good luck solving it! E61 with 3 kids should be perfectly fine.
