Hi guys, this is a really odd situation I am in! This morning, when I cleaned the inside of my car, I noticed there was a small garden spider on the edge of my seat. Then, I noticed there was something that looked like a fly in a gap near the front window. I caught the spider, but I didn't manage to find the fly after minutes of searching. I think it was hiding inside that little gap which I couldn't reach into. Just when I was about done, I noticed there were several spider webs INSIDE my car hanging from the front window.

Has anyone ever experienced this? I never seen such a thing before! Is it because it is summer time?? What can I do to prevent this?

Thanks.

Don't be too concerned.....the spiders will eat the flies.

Just give a liberal spray of fly and insect killer inside your car before you put her to bed for the night. If no new webs in the morning then problem solved!

Just what I was thinking - he should have left the spider to CATCH the fly.

I don't know why ......

I never leave my windows open when I'm parked, even in my garage (especially). I only roll them down when driving. But I guess insects/bugs can get in through other means.
