Default Help!!!

My BMW E60 would not start and was showing a low battery, I then replaced the battery but I am getting nothing except a click (no crank) when I push the start button and on the monitor it says "ignition switched on"! Anyone got any information they can give me on the problem?

Also I can't get the car out of parked and into natural to push it off the road and into my driveway! Any help with this too would also be appreciated?

Thanks.

To unlock the transmission from park.
First, remove the leather trim from around the shift level...just pull the leather towards the shift stalk and pull it out of the groove around the console.

Main problem could be the ground strap. Under the car, right side...connects from someplace of the bottom of he engine to the right fender. Without this, you have no ground and thus no circuit.
