Help~my car doesnt feel right!!!!!

My Ride: 04 525i w/ sports and premium pakage, titanium silver, gray dakota leather w/ polar grain wood trim, steptronic
i had my e60 over for 2months now over 4500 miles. when i drive, the car feels
always different. when i press gas pedal, sometimes it goes out really smooth and
fast, fun to drive(specially at night time) but most of times the car doesnt run that
well. it doesn have that quick pedal respond most of the times and its not smooth
and feels heavy(i don feel like im driving an ultimate driving machine) im worryng
cause theres too much difference between those two felling. i always put
the premium gas and i don think i treat my car bad.i thought it would get better if
i run more miles on the car but i think it gor worse~
i hope my car runs smooth and powerful everyday but i only feel that sometimes.
is there problem wit my car?need to run more miles?? should i take it 2 dealer???
need a software update or something???(never had any)

First, make sure you don't have a floor mat binding under the gas pedal.
Second, if not take the car to the dealer. It could be any number of things from software to having used contaminated fuel once.
