Heater stays at constant level, cant turn it up!!!

Ok so lately my heater wont blow at full force. I turn the knob all the way to the right but nothing. I double and triple checked the settings under climate and everything is turned up to max! I am afraid my heater is going out...has anyone else had this problem before?
Also, if I turn on the defroster at full blast it works perfectly....the face and feet heaters dont...
Any help ?

check the charge on your battery, if battery is low charge this will happen.
