Heated Back Seat stops working

Hi all,
I did a search on here but don't seem to find any related topic on this. My left heated back seat stops working recently, when I press the button the green lights flash once and shuts off. Also the light around the 12V is not on. Wanted to see if anyone know what might be the issue before I decided to take it in to the Stealership. Thanks!

Did you check fuses before doing anything else? It may be that simple...
