I'm amazed at how the headlights on both my old and new cars mist up inside during wet weather.

Anyone else get this?

They are not supposed to be sealed. The Xenon bulb and mechanism is.
Do a search, it has been discussed before.
Turn the lights on, it should go away very fast.

as has been said, all xenon units (on any car) are not sealed units due to the need for a heat expansion outlet. in humid conditions it is normal for some condensation to appear for a while inside the units, nothing to worry about it will soon go.
