csa still own me this. I will go back again this thursday to cajole them. Mainly to resolve the jerky issue. Can you guys side mirror fold in using remote key? I checked with csa. They said some not possible???? what the hell is this? No explaination after this.

how about your in dash CD player.. does it go back to track 1 everytime you start the car even though it was at track 10 before?

How about those guys in uk and us? can you use your remote key to fold the side mirror after locking? hold the lock button for 2-3secs and you shall see the side mirrors fold in. Before I send my car back to replace the LCD screen, my indash cd player always go back to track 1 after restart the car. After I got my LCD replaced, it doesn;t happen anymore. It goes back to the track it last played.

I wonder what functions in the car we don't know of or what else some have and some don't have. I find this "settings" of this car quite inconsistence. Anyway to check the software version? I tried the method some posted in this forum like holding on the trip button for 10 secs but it doesn't work. :)

i dun have the CD prob. but i think i prob need a software upgrade for the mirrors thing to work!wat do u guys think?

I just tried to use my palm to hit the button...and yes it went in. I still remember that day my leg didn't hit the button...anyway, i will see if the same problem come back again.

confirmed with bmw's workshop yesterday. Its a safety devise n its not done electronically. Still it feels cheap.

I think I must be sleeping that day when the switch went in. I didn't even notice that i hit on that switch.

toto already confirmed that there is no software upgrades. Therefore your mirror will not retract using car key (holding the lock button more than 3 secs). Mine is a limited edition, therefore it comes with it. :D :lol:

from where did that come? where do you live (country?)

i've never heard word one from anyone on this or other boards about Limited Editions... do you mean SE? If so, they all are (UK, so far, they all are anyway)
