My Ride: 2004 BMW 525i Msport Euro specs: voice command, Lighting package, bluetooth package, premium sound and M5 wheels.
Unhappy

I ordered some AIB's so I take a peep inside my headlight before it gets delivered. I removed the cover and the high beam to take a look at the angel eyes bulb. To my shock all wiring insulators crumbled and fall as soon as i touched it.

Apparently it was cooked by the heat of the original angel eye bulb!

Oh boy back to the dealership...just lucky i have extended warranty.

Common problem for the crumbled wiring insulators due to high temperature inside the headlight while lights on. Just use the electrical tape cover back is ok.

this is very common with any BMW headlights.
if you start take the light out after so many years time they will brake
the even bad thing is it is very hard to fix, most ppl just change the head light which cost a bome
