so i notice that my right side low beam is dimmer than the left side. making the left side looking real bright.. so then i flashed the lights inmy garage and notice the left one is pointed higher and took it to the dealership so they could adjust it or something. but instead they said thats how they are and they cant adjust them anymore.. does that seem like a BS answer to you guy?

I too noticed my left side higher...better yet...my right side lower. I liked the height of the left side/drivers side. When I brought it to the attention of the dealership, they said it takes quite a bit of time to allign and when they turned the lights on, they were fine. They sure didn't look fine at night! Anyway...I found somewhere online how to adjust the headlights...it took me 30 seconds...and they are perfect. Basically there is a horizontal and a vertical screw used to allign, if I remember correctly, the one closer to the bumper was the horizontal. Just be sure to make small adjustments every time...like 1/4 turns at a time. All I adjusted was the vertical allignment for the passenger side headlight. I have active headlights, same procedure for cars equiped with or without.

The idea is that your lights don't blind the approaching traffic.
