I've done a few searches and can't seem to find an answer to my question. I have a headlight out. Can I replace just the lamp, or do I have to replace the whole assembly.

I would never even walk into Pep Boys let alone buy an HID bulb from them. You can get HID bulbs online for far cheaper then $100. You can buy a whole HID kit for $100.

Wow. I didnt like the look of the factory HID bulbs So I ordered two 8000K bulbs for like $25 and replaced. Been about a year and half and had no issues. Previously had that on my 04' 325CI and new owner still has the same bulbs. I could never justify spending $100 for ONE bulb that I didn't even like. What are they like 5000K or 4300K or something like that? My preferred range is 6000K-8000K
