Hi, wonder if anyone know if you could get a halogene headlight and mount the xenonparts from your moistured xenon headlight? Is the housing the same?

A new xenon light costs 1250$ in Sweden, a used one 630$ and a used halogene 280$. Itīs a huge difference and I was hoping to save some money.

I have a 2005-530i.

Hi and . I don't think you can possibly do the swap without opening both bi-xenon and halogen headlights. So just open your
bi-xenon headlights and clean/remove moisture and re-seal. Use the Orion V2 LED Angeleyes DIY for instructions to open your headlight assembly.
How bad is the moisture? I'm sure they can be cleaned.

I have similar question, I want to clean the inside of my headlight from dust, (recently got brand new headlight on one side, so the new one shines brighter and hence out of symetry to the old headlight). CAN YOU DIRECT ME TOWARDS WHERE I CAN GET "Orion V2 LED Angeleyes DIY" INSTRUCTIONS TO OPEN HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY?

Thanks, Itīs moisture in the "eyebrow" on the left headlight. I thought you just could shift the electronics and wiring on the headlight without taking it apart. I canīt find the DIY you were reffering to.
